JOSEPH W. SARNO, JD, CPA — Joseph W. Sarno is the owner and founding attorney at The Sarno Law Firm. Mr. Sarno is one of a rare group of professionals dually licensed, both as an attorney and a certified public accountant.

Mr. Sarno received his juris doctorate from Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Brockport. He has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 2000. Mr. Sarno is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the local United States Bankruptcy Courts.

As your representative, Mr. Sarno will champion fiscally sound policies balanced with a vision for the future of the City of Dallas (District 9). He sees a vision of smart sustainable growth, affordable housing, and safe neighborhoods.

As a practicing attorney who has lived in Dallas's District 9 for over 20 years, Joe knows our city needs leaders that are fair, efficient, and dedicated to people and not politics. He believes we need leaders who are willing to focus on the future.

North Texas has a growng population, but the fact is the City of Dallas has not kept pace with the growth of its surrounding area. Joe will invite and foster smart strategic and forward looking growth so that the city of Dallas will benefit the most from a growing North Texas.
